Some of the big teams in the NFL today are grappling with the idea of not having a quarterback. As the chief playmaker and leader of a football squad, this post cannot be left unattended or weak. At the moment, the list of teams with problematic quarterbacks include the Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers. Surprisingly, the Super Bowl 50 champs are also in need of a good leader. The Denver Broncos, which earlier prided themselves of two amazing quarterbacks, now find themselves with no one leading the football squad.

Fortunately for these football teams, the free agency market looks to be a promising source of quarterbacks this season. One of the most widely talked about free agent this NFL offseason is Robert Griffin III. The former Washington Redskins quarterback, who basically sat out the previous football season, is now at the center of free agent talks. If rumors are to be believed, then two teams stand out in the list of RG3's options: the San Francisco 49ers and the Denver Broncos.

At the moment, the San Francisco 49ers are reportedly having issues settling the future of Colin Kaepernick. Despite the entry of Chip Kelly in the Jarryd Hayne squad, the quarterback remains reluctant to stay with the team. Moreover, the price paid by the San Francisco 49ers is slowly becoming too much of a burden for the team. That is, the injuries that hindered Kaepernick from performing well last NFL season make him less of an asset to the Carlos Hyde squad. Hence, some sports analysts feel that RG3 will bring more to the San Francisco 49ers.

"Griffin will be more humble and hungry after sitting out an entire season," pointed out Geoffrey Arnold of the Oregon Live. He added, "That experience should make him more willing to accept guidance from Kelly. Kaepernick will be hungry, but will he be bitter as a result of how he has been treated by management? If he is, Kaepernick may not be as willing to listen to the coaches' advice. Kelly doesn't need the drama."

Arnold further noted, "The bottom line? Kaepernick wants out. Griffin wants in somewhere, anywhere. Kaepernick will be more expensive than Griffin, who will come cheap."

This sentiment about GR3 had been echoed by other league sources. According to a league director, the former Washington Redskins is slowly becoming easier to work with and open to guidance. This comes following the move of his past NFL team to bench him - a decision that had some of his fans question his relevance to the football commuity.

"We have seen a little more humility out of him, and hopefully that translates to his preparation and his play," the said director shared via ABC News. The source added, "He has to rethink and reframe how he plays."

Meanwhile, some sports analysts feel that GR3 will be a good fit to the Denver Broncos as well. With only Mark Sanchez as a confirmed quarterback for the team that once prided itself of both Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler, the Super Bowl 50 champs might be a promising landing spot for Griffin. Moreover, his competitive nature could jive well with the atmosphere offered by Von Miller and his football squad.

"Coach Gary Kubiak's offensive design and commitment to the running game can create the kind of inviting play-action throwing lanes Griffin used effectively during his rookie season," noted Mike Sando of ABC News. He continued to point out, "[T]he bottom line in Denver is that the quarterback position is unsettled for the first time since 2011. The Broncos have both the scheme and strong organizational structure to make them a fit for Griffin."
