With less than a month until the premiere of ‘Suicide Squad,’ fans are looking forward to more teasers and clips from the anti-hero film. Warner Bros. is making use of the time to keep fans on their toes as a new trailer was recently rolled out, featuring the best of the characters, such as Batman, Joker and Harley Quinn, to name a few.

The fast-moving trailer includes brief clips of DC Comics’ treacherous characters, such as Jared Leto’s take on the Joker and his maniacal laugh as a suspenseful start to the teaser.

Moreover, the recent release of one of the ‘Suicide Squad’ posters, as posted by helmer David Ayer on Twitter, was followed by the new trailer which allows fans to familiarize themselves with the unconventional traits of each character.

Government agent Amanda Waller appears in the clip while she shares her idea of coming up with a group comprised of villainous criminals to battle it out with something much worse.

"I want to build a team of some very bad people, who I can think can do something good," Viola Davis, who plays Waller in the movie, says in the clip.

Viewers will recognize the dark and deranged world of these baddies after the new recruits themselves demonstrate their eccentric characteristics.

As such, this squad of criminals coming together for an epic mission will be an impressive alternative to the traditional team of fighters.

“Once they realize they weren't picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it's every man for himself?,” the official movie synopsis concludes.

Interestingly, aside from the Task Force X members assembled by Waller, Ben Affleck also appears in the international trailer in the form of Batman.

However, the film’s production has remained silent about the main details of the movie plot despite Warner Bros.’ release of brief teasers and trailers. The supreme leader among the villains remains unknown as well.

“Oh, you will find out who the Adversary is,” teased producer Richard Suckle. "That is for sure. You will find out not only who the Adversary is but why they exist, who is part and parcel and who is behind them. You definitely find that out in this movie for sure.”

Producer Andy Horwitz added, “There’s multiple adversaries that the Squad has to content with over the course of the movie of which the Joker is one of them.”

Along with Davis, Leto and Affleck, other cast members include Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Will Smith (Deadshot), Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Adam Beach (Slipknot), Jay Hernandez(El Diablo), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc) and Karen Fukuhara (Katana).

Helmed by Ayer, ‘Suicide Squad’ is set for a release on Aug. 5, 2016 in the U.S.
