As early as now, fans have already placed their bets on who will be this year's winners. Some of the fan-favorite shows are The People vs. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story, Fargo, Mr. Robot and Game of Thrones, which got multiple nominations in major categories.

Here are our predictions for the main categories in the 68th Emmy Awards 2016.

Outstanding Lead Actress in Drama

We believe Keri Russell of the The Americans will win the award. She has been playing undercover KGB agent Elizabeth Jennings impressively for three years now. Also, many critics say this season is her best performance yet, making it the perfect time for her to get some recognition. Russell's portrayal of Elizabeth Jennings is raw, real, and riveting.

Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series

Rami Malek's performance in Mr. Robot is electrying. He proved his worth in the first season of Mr. Robot which touted as the best acting turn of the 2015-2016 season by anyone on TV. As the second season of the series comes to end, Malek may walk away at this year's Emmy victorious.

Outstanding Drama Series

We are divided between Game of Thrones and Mr. Robot for the Outstanding Drama Series award. The former has creative and dazzling battles scenes, while the latter has cutting-edge unreliable narrator storytelling. Nonetheless, whoever wins between the two would be good news for TV series fans.

Outstanding Comedy Series

Although Veep already won the last year's Outstanding Comedy Series award, it still has a good chance to get the award again this year. The show has insanely talented ensemble cast of actors and is certainly a threat.

According to Rolling Stone, the 68th Emmy Awards is the most diverse year in the show's nearly 70-year history. This year, there are amazing acting feats from Rami Malek, Cuba Gooding Jr., Taraji P. Henson, Aziz Ansari and Tracee Ellis.

The presenters for the Emmy Awards 2016 include Kristen Bell, Priyanka Chopra, Anthony Anderson, Constance Wu, Chris Rock, Larry David, Randall Park, James Corden and more.
