The acoustically driven dynamic duo Shane & Shane is preparing for the release of its third full-length studio project, Clean. Set to hit stores October 19, Clean features seven new songs written by Shane & Shane, as well as a remake of the timeless classic “He Is Exalted,” a new version of the Shanes’ fan-favorite “Yearn” and Shane & Shane’s take on the popular “There Is None Like You.”

Produced by Shane & Shane and Will Hunt, with additional production on three tracks by Paul Moak, Clean fuses pop, worship and folk-rock stylings with lyrical detail and irresistible melodies. The first radio single from the project, “He Is Exalted,” is currently climbing the radio charts in multiple formats. Many industry-leading stations have immediately added the song to their playlists, including KXOJ, KSBJ, WFHM, WFZH, KFSH, Salem Networks, WAFJ and KVMV.

"Here's a rare chance to play an instantly familiar classic that sounds like today,” said KSBJ Houston’s Jim Beeler. “It's great! It fits."

“If there’s a theme in the new record, it’s simply to say that as Christians, we can rest in God’s indescribable grace. He sees us as clean because of what Christ did on the cross,” said Barnard. Everett adds, “So many times we try to ‘add’ to God’s grace. We feel like if we do more, pray more, read more, that God will love us more. I don’t think it’s necessarily a conscious thought, but often our lives reflect that flawed way of thinking. The bottom line is that God accomplished everything through Christ and we are free in that grace.”

“I truly believe that Shane & Shane have delivered a career record with Clean,” said Inpop Records’ general manager, Steve Ford. “The amazing success we’ve seen with Carry Away and Upstairs has set the stage for the release of this project, and the early response has been overwhelming.”

In addition to wrapping up the recording for Clean, Shane & Shane are currently preparing for a 15-city acoustic tour beginning this week, as well as a 31-city fall tour featuring special guest Mat Kearney, which begins on October 14 in Abilene, Texas.
