Kosovo Civillians Calling for Peace

KOSOVO -- Much efforts have been made to maintain peace in Kosovo after the tragic violence on Thursday. Many humanitarian groups, such as Red Cross, are serving to settle disorder while thousands of students at Belgrade University are in protest calling for peace. At least 16 Serb churches have been torched and over 100 houses have been burnt down. More than 200,000 Serbs have fled Kosovo after the war and some 80,000 other live isolated from the rest of the province in enclaves guarded by KFOR.
