Duck Dynasty’s Sadie Robertson Fashion Week Designs are ‘Daddy-Approved’

Fashion Week brought most of the Robertson clan to New York City, as Uncle Si, Jep, and Jessica joined Willie and his family for the debut of Sadie Robertson's prom dress fashion line. Sadie teamed up with a popular designer for young women's formal wear to create the "Sadie Robertson Live Original by Sherri Hill" collection.

Sadie Robertson was nominated for Homecoming Court, but had a difficult time finding a dress that her father would approve of. In "Duck Dynasty" Season 3 "Duck Be a Lady" episode, Willie stressed the importance of modesty, even for formal wear - "We need full coverage," he said. Sadie later took it upon herself to make a "Daddy-Approved" line of prom dresses with designer Sherri Hill.

The sixteen-year-old Christian modeled two of her dresses for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York City on Monday night. She also wore one of her tea-length dresses on "Fox & Friends" this morning. While the gowns were designed by Hill, Sadie chose which dresses she wanted to give her "stamp of approval."

Willie also made a short appearance on "Fox & Friends" (along with Jep and Si), and reiterated that it has been difficult to find modest outfits for his daughters - "That's kind of the trouble with my teenage girls is making sure everything's covered up," he said. Sadie's collection is expected to be available in Spring 2014.
