The game will begin at 10:00 a.m. PT and can be watched through television broadcast on FOX in Carolina and Buffalo area. The game can also be watched through NFL Network of through free live stream online (see details below).

John Murphy will be announcing the game play by play, Mark Kelso is the analyst, and Joe Buscaglia will report from the sideline. Other participating television stations in the Bills TV Network include WKBW-Buffalo, WHAM-Rochester, and WBNG-Binghampton.

The Buffalo Bill's radio network include WGR550 (550AM); Toronto - Sportsnet 590 The Fan; Rochester - WCMF (96.5) and WROC (950AM); Syracuse - WTKW (99.5/WTKV 105.5).

The last time the Bills and the Panthers played against one another was October of 2009, where Ryan Fitzpatrick out-dueld Jake Delhomme at the quarterback position in a 20-9 Bills victory, the SB Nation reported. Since then, the two franchises have changed in the team coaches and player rosters. In week 1 of the regular season, both teams lost to their opponents.

In Sunday's game, Cam Newton, who has one Pro Bowl under his belt, will face off with EJ Manuel, who threw two touchdown passes in a game against New England Patriots.

The Bills have struggled to sell out the home games in recent seasons, because they have had a playoff drought.

Bills offense is highlighted during their matchup against the Patriots in the preseason and the week 1 games. In their 23-21 loss to New England, Bills managed just 286 yards of offense against the Patriots that they had pushed for 400 or more yards in their four preceding matchups in preseason. Their offensive relies mainly on the passes.

Carolina Panther's defense, on the other hand, features NFL's top defensive players, including pass rusher Charles Johnson, rookie defensive tackle Star Lotulelei, star linebacker Luke Kuechly, and Jon Beason and Thomas Davis. According to SB Nations, Kuechly might be the best linebacker in football.
