UCLA meets Tulsa in NCAA basketball tournament second round action in San Diego on Friday at 6:57 p.m. PT. The Bruins are the No. 4 seed and the Hurricanes are the No. 13 seed of the South region. The game will be broadcast live on TruTv.

UCLA, led by Steve Alford in his first season at the helm has won three in a row over tournament teams including the West's No. 1 seed Arizona and five of their last six. The Bruins play a wide open offense, score a lot of points and to say they are peaking at at the right time is an understatement.

Tulsa started out 0-4 and 1-6, including losing to Creighton and Wichita State in consecutive games. It finally got things right and has won 11 straight, including the Conference USA tournament title, and 17 of 20. It has won eight straight at road or neutral sites.
