Dr. Luke, Kesha's longtime producer, is having abusive claims brought against him. Kesha states that Luke sexually, physically and verbally abused her over the 10 years they've been working together. Luke also filed a lawsuit against Kesha, claiming Kesha and her mother "are engaged in a campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statements about Dr. Luke."

TMZ acquired Kesha's lawsuit, and it states that Luke forced her to snort something before getting on a plane, then, forced himself on her. Kesha also claims Luke forced her to drink with him, giving her "sober pills". After one of these pills, she woke up the following afternoon, naked in Luke's bed, sore, sick and doesn't remember how she got there.

She claims that this abuse lead to her eating disorder. Kesha claims Luke called her "A big fat refrigerator", and this statement lead to the pop singer's eating disorder. She was admitted into rehab earlier this year. She claims Luke verbally abused her with statements like, "You are not that pretty, you are not that talented, you are just lucky to have me."

Luke allegedly physically abused her as well at her Malibu home by "violently thrashing his arms at her." She fled and ran barefoot down PCH and his in the mountains.

Mark Geragos, Kesha's lawyer says, "This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke."

Geragos believes that Luke abused Kesha for personal gain; Kesha is focused on moving past these events.

"The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Kesha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time." Geragos says.

Luke's lawyers is persistent in his stance, the "Kesha Camp" claims are untrue.

"These are allegations that Kesha and [her mother] Pebe have themselves admitted are false," Dr. Luke's lawyer says. "The complaint [filed on behalf of Dr. Luke] explains that Kesha and her mother Pebe have wielded these defamatory statements in an attempt to extort Gottwald into releasing Kesha from her exclusive recording agreement with Dr. Luke."
