Eastern European model Valeria Lukyanova, who is widely known on the Internet as "Human Barbie," published a new set of photos online this week. She also reacted to harsh criticism about her appearance.

According to Rebecca Macatee of E! News, 29-year-old Lukyanova posted the photos on her Facebook page. Many on the Internet criticized her latest provocative pictures, and she included with the photos a response to them in Russian.

"It is a pity that most people choose instead the path of degradation," Lukyanova wrote in Russian. "With that, if they see a man who has succeeded with something better than they are, they are ready to literally tear. Especially often I see it on the Internet."

Macatee reported that the Russian model's new goal was to build up muscle, similar to an "Amazon Woman" with a "warlike figure." Lukyanova then elaborated on the "negative comments" directed at her figure.

"It is not the first time I've noticed the negative comments about her figure," the model wrote in Russian. "They write to me in such frenzy nastiness that I have the impression that I have stolen the last piece of bread or something very [much] spoiled their existence."

Lukyanova then explained that her physical priorities "changed" after two men violently attacked her outside her home over Halloween in Ukraine last year.

"Since then, I decided to seek not just relief, but good and strong muscles like a female warrior Amazons!" she wrote in Russian. "I was inspired by the Queen of the Amazons-Medusa....Her body is perfect, I think."

Although Lukyanova admitted that her figure was "still far from ideal," she was happy that her "strength" has increased.

"I think, without exaggeration, that I can cope well with a man, if I was again someone dares to attack," she wrote in Russian. "Now I have the strength to rebuff. And that's just the beginning."

Lukyanova is no stranger to controversy. In an interview with Micheal Idov of GQ back in April 2014, she proudly admitted to being obsessed with everything related to Barbie.

"Everyone wants a slim figure. Everyone gets breasts done. Everyone fixes up their face if it's not ideal, you know?" Lukyanova said back in 2014. "Everyone strives for the golden mean. It's global now."

In the GQ interview, Lukyanova slammed people of mixed races, describing them as a "degeneration" of beauty. She then expressed what some thought were racist comments.

"Ethnicities are mixing now, so there's degeneration, and it didn't used to be like that," she said. "Remember how many beautiful women there were in the 1950s and 1960s, without any surgery? And now, thanks to degeneration, we have this."

Lukyanova admitted that she was a fan of "the Nordic image."

"I have white skin," Lukyanova said. "I am a Nordic type-perhaps a little Eastern Baltic, but closer to Nordic."

She also indicated to GQ that it was "unacceptable" to her to settle down with a family in the future.

"The very idea of children brings out this deep revulsion in me," Lukyanova said. "I'd rather die from torture because the worst thing in the world is to have a family lifestyle."

According to GQ, Lukyanova argued that she considered parenting as the pinnacle of selfishness, which could explain her controversial views on family.

"Most people have children to fulfill their own ambitions, not to give anything," she said. "They don't think about what they can give this child, what they can teach her. They just try to shape her according to some weird script-whatever they couldn't do in life."
