It's exactly two weeks to go before the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2015, the world's premier trade show for computer and video games. The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) said E3 2015 would be held June 16-18, 2015 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
The gaming community is very excited to this year's E3 2015 as the event will give them a chance to get a glimpse of upcoming titles, like Fallout 4, Halo 5, Uncharted 4, Star Ocean 5, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and a ton of other video games.
Kotaku said that at least seven major game publishers have scheduled their own press conferences to make announcement during the biggest annual video game event. With the participation of major publishers, the E3 2015 promises exciting announcement and surprises during those three days.
Here are the press conference schedules of three major publishers:
Ubisoft - Monday, June 15 - 3pm Pacific
Ubisoft is expected to present The Division, Rainbow Six Siege, Just Dance and no fewer than 4,000 different Assassin's Creed games slated for this year during its press conference. Another interesting title to watch out from Ubisoft in this year's event is Hero.
Ubisoft's presser will be conducted at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, said Game Spot. Although at this time there is little details what Ubisoft will announce in its press conferences
Microsoft - Monday, June 15 - 9:30am Pacific
The big news from Microsoft in this year's E3 2015 is of course Rise of the Tomb Raidernd first-party games like the new Gears and Rare's secret project. But Microsoft is also expected to make non-gaming announcements, like the release of Windows 10 and Xbox One integration, according to Crave Online.
Microsoft's plan to integrate Xbox One into the Windows 10 operating system will allow players to cross-play between consoles and PC games and several advantages that the new OS has to offer. Microsoft said that the integration allow players to "play games on their PC, streamed directly from their Xbox One console to their Windows 10 tablets or PCs."
To the dismay of PlayStation loyalists, Rise of the Tomb Raider is under a timed exclusive release for Microsoft's Xbox One or Xbox 360. Microsoft's presentation should devote a good time highlighting the next installment to the Tomb Raider franchise.
Sony - Monday, June 15 - 6pm Pacific
Sony announced it woule remaster its 2010 press conference for this year's E3. Called "Sony 2010 Press Conference: The DE3finitive Edition," to revisit the era when it was still releasing new game titles.
Sony will use new computer technology that was not available in 2010 to alter and improve the presentation, said Destructoid.
Sony Computer Entertainment President Andrew House commented, "Do you remember 2010? God that was a great year for us. Killzone 3, the PlayStation Move, a new Twisted Metal... ohmygod remember when people were excited about a new Twisted Metal game? Jeez, it's amazing what you can do when you try."
He went on to say, "One of the most distracting elements of our 2010 conference was Jack Tretton's enormous head. Many fans came up to us afterwards asking why we had Mayor McCheese up on stage talking about the PSP and we had to explain to them it wasn't Mayor McCheese, it was Jack Tretton. When we decided to remaster this press conference, we knew right off the bat that his head size was the first thing we had to change."
