Game developer Bethesda is reported to be working hard to complete the next installment of one of the most successful video games of all time, the Elder Scrolls 6.

There have been plenty of speculations as to the release date of Elder Scrolls 6 with Food World News reporting Bethesda would likely unveil the video game on June 2016 at the E3 event. But given that the game publisher has just recently released Fallout 4 in the last E3 Convention last month, some insiders have expressed doubt the next edition of Elder Scrolls will be available for playing next year.

The silence of Bethesda on the actual release date of Elder Scroll 6 is actually generating more attention into the open world fantasy game, with many gamers eagerly awaiting for more details about the upcoming release.

The lack of available information from the game developer is actually an effective marketing strategy to stir up curiosity and attention to Elder Scroll 6.

The rumor mill is also abuzz about the title of Elder Scroll 6. Various reports said Bethesda is choosing between "Argonia" and "Redguard" as the appropriate title for the next installment of the game.

The report added that Bethesda has already registered Redguard in 2011, which gave Elder Scroll 6 its unofficial active trademark. However, some are saying that the developers of the game might end up choosing Argonia because the name is a province in Tamriel, believed to be the main location of the upcoming game.

As far as multiplayer option, many gamers have started to raise their howls over the reported lack of multiplayer option in Elder Scroll 6. Still, many remain optimistic Bethesda will include a multiplayer option since the game's predecessor already enjoyed a good reputation on the single player mode.

Meanwhile, Bethesda announced it would release the first DLC pack for Elder Scroll on August 31 this year for the PC and MAC platforms. The DLC pack, called Imperial City, will also be released on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms on September 15 and 16 respectively, reported Master Herald.

The report said the DLC is an extensive package that includes several hours of additional gameplay, and plenty of new features. The Imperial City DLC contains new quests, enemies and many other additional locations that will allow players to take their characters.

Set in the Imperial City, the heart of the Cyrodiilic Empire, the DLC will take players as the empire was taken over by Daedric Prince Molag Bal. All the three alliances must now defeat the Daedric forces along with each other.

The DLC makes the political landscape of the game more complicated and interesting especially loyal fans who want to follow the background developments of the story.

Subscribers to The Elder Scrolls Online Plus will immediately get the new DLC while non-members have to buy the package.
