Devil's Third, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Star Fox Zero Release Dates: Nintendo Reveals Full 2015 Lineup For Wii U and 3DS

Nintendo has just shared a barrage of release dates for its 2015 lineup for the holiday season. The video game company reveals the actual dates of availability along with pricing for all the titles that will be coming to its 3DS and Wii U game consoles.

In a press release published on Monday, the company included details about some of the much awaited Nintendo games. For instance, there will be a Wii U bundle for Super Mario Maker that comprises the 30th Anniversary Mario Modern Color Amiibo and an Idea Book aside from the game itself. The package will be available on Walmart starting September 11 for $300.

Star Fox Zero, the sixth installment to the popular 3D scrolling shooter game series, will be arriving on the Nintendo Wii U on November 30. Meanwhile, the action RPG Xenoblade Chronicles X and slash shooter game Devil's Third are slated to arrive on December 4 and 11, respectively. All three will be tagged with a $60 price.

The company used to share this type of announcement to fans via the Nintendo Direct "web show" platform. However, it seems that after the unexpected demise of president Satoru Iwata, Nintendo has adopted a more conventional approach.

The Japanese video game firm has a pretty robust roadmap for 2015. Apart from game announcements, Nintendo has disclosed specifics about new combos for its Amiibo platform. Nintendo also disclosed new pricing for its older 2DS console, which will retail for $100 on August 30. That's cheaper than the present $130 price and will come with a free digital version of Mario Kart 7.
