The Cleveland Cavaliers have vowed that the current NBA season will see them emerge as the champions, beating out every team in the basketball league and dethroning the Golden State Warriors. Before the start of the season, LeBron James gathered his teammates, including Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, Iman Shumpert, JR Smith and Sasha Kaun, in a voluntary training session in Miami to boost the team's chances of winning this time around.

While the initial days of the training saw the Cavs minus Tristan Thompson, the Canadian basketball star eventually bagged a better contract with the basketball team. Hence, it was a relief when the basketball star joined King James and the rest of the Cavaliers in the practice sessions. It appears, however, that the problems plaguing the squad are not stopping anytime soon.

Reports earlier revealed that the injuries bothering the great King James won't stop coming back to affect his game. James received anti-inflammatory shots before the NBA regular season to control the pain in his knees and back. While the Cleveland Cavaliers crushed the Indiana Pacers in the game last Sunday (November 8) with LeBron James in the lead, reports remain rife with the possibility of losing the star in the subsequent basketball games. The rumor mill started to churn following the game of the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Philadelphia 76ers, which saw LeBron James get kneed in the left quad. It remains to be seen though if Cleveland will continue to field King James despite the reported injuries he incurred.

Apart from LeBron James, the Cleveland Cavaliers are also dealing with the health issues of JR Smith. Re-signed to the team in the NBA offseason, JR Smith had been a promising addition to the basketball squad during training.

However, the NBA star is missing games due to a bruised knee and quadriceps tendonitis. While these may spell doom to the fans and followers of the Cleveland Cavaliers, sources claim that the decision to not allow JR Smith in the hardwood court is mainly a precautionary measure than an actual necessity.

On a positive note, the camaraderie among the Cleveland Cavaliers stars is once again intact. Sources revealed that LeBron James and Kevin Love have finally worked on their differences and are now intending to work together to bring home the championship trophy to the Cleveland Cavaliers locker room. Before this reconciliation, reports claimed that LeBron James had been peeved by the lack of professionalism on the part of Kevin Love - that is, the latter failed to keep himself in tip-top shape when the NBA regular season commenced last year. With Kevin Love back in the game and LeBron James seeing the former's potential once again, it looks like their earlier beef is over.
