Microsoft Cyber Monday Deals 2015: Surface Pro 4, Surface Pro 3, Surface 3, Surface Book at Best Buy, Walmart, Microsoft Store

For tech-savvy shoppers, Thanksgiving weekend is one of the best times to buy gadgets they have been eyeing for months. Beginning on Black Friday and culminating on Cyber Monday, manufacturers and retailers offer major price cuts on many of their current and last generation devices.

Aside from laptops and smartphones, it is also a good time pick up new tablets. Those who are looking for both style and functionality may prefer Microsoft's line of Surface devices. These hybrids have all the perks that full-fledged laptops can offer while keeping the mobility of the tablet.

Both the Surface Pro 4 and the high-end Surface Book are announced recently, with the former replacing the last-generation Surface Pro 3. All of these devices are included in major retailers' Cyber Monday offerings. Here are some of the best deals on Best Buy, Walmart, and the device maker's own Microsoft Store.

Microsoft Store

The Redmond-based software giant has announced that buyers can save $150 when they purchase the Surface 3 + Type Cover deal. Particular details about the offer are not given, but the 10.8-inch Windows tablet is regularly priced at $499 and the keyboard accessory originally sells for $130. The 64GB variant is tagged with a $400 price for Cyber Monday while the 128GB model will come heftier at $500.

Microsoft will also offer a $200 discount for the 12-inch Surface Pro 3 tablet released last year. Its price regularly starts $700. When it comes to the Surface Book, which the company touts as "the ultimate laptop," the difference in price lies on the model. The 128 GB/Core Intel i5 with 8 GB will start at $1,499 and the larger 256GB/Core Intel i5 with 8GB RAM is priced $1,699.

The three higher end variants are composed of the 256 GB/Core Intel i5 with 8 GB/dGPU, 256 GB/Core Intel i7 with 8 GB/dGPU, and 512 GB/Core Intel i7 with 16 GB/dGPU which will retail for $1,899, $2,099, and $2,699, respectively. Best Buy

The consumer electronics retailer previously revealed that it will offer discounts on select models of the Surface Pro 3. Those include the Surface Pro 3 PS2-00017 powered by Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB of storage space and the 5D2-00017 model with Core i7, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. These models are originally priced at $1,300 and $1,550, respectively, and will be priced $1,000 and $1,250 after discounts.

Walmart

Instead of Monday, Walmart announced a few days ago that it will begin offering up to 2,000 Cyber Monday Deals on Sunday, November 29, at 8 p.m. ET. The retail giant mentioned that Google searches for Cyber Monday kick off on Sunday evening, so this move will apparently allow it to get ahead of the trend.

Microsoft fans can get the latest 12.3-inch, 128GB Surface Pro 4 model at Walmart for $899, but they can enjoy $200 savings on the last generation Surface Pro 3 tablet as it will be up for sale on Sunday for $599. It also comes with free nationwide shipping.
