"Scandal" Season 5 is around the corner and fans cannot wait. According to some speculations, there is a high chance that Huck and Quinn, played by Gullermo Diaz and Katie Lowes would be romantically involved again. The President on the other hand, just might get over Olivia Pope soon and move on to someone new.

It could be remembered that in the earlier seasons of the popular ABC series, Huck and Quinn were romantically linked to each other. However, the relationship did not blossom into anything formal because near the end of Season 4, Quinn learned that Huck worked with Rowan Pope (Joe Morton) and flew into a rage. She almost took Huck's life out of her anger.

However, photos of the two of them have recently been posted on the show's Facebook page, sparking speculations that they might still have a chance at romance. Most of the fans are on board with the idea too. Some fans stated they want to see Huck and Quinn together on the latter episodes of season 5. Some even want the attention to shift away from Olivia and the Pres, and focus more of Quinn and Huck.

Another photo is currently triggering more speculations that they are going to be together for season 5. The photo showed Diaz making a funny face behind Lowes. The photo has fans expressing their love for them both individually and the idea of them together, on the show. There were three more Facebook photos of them together that had the fans swooning.

Still, the two did not manage to please everyone. Some fans believe Quinn is much better off being romantically involved with Charlie (George NEwbern).

Facebook user @Letia M James wrote, "I like Quinn with Charlie. He loves her. It doesn't seem right for Quinn to be with Huck. He should be with his family. It really just looks strange when Huck & Quinn are together."

Another strong rumor about "Scandal" season 5 is that President Fitzgerald Grant would fell in love with someone new, leaving Olivia Pope out in the cold. According to Design and Trend, while it was Olivia who told the President that they should not be together, there is a high chance that Pope would be the one hurting more once the President shifts his attention and love to someone else.

Fans should not feel devastated though. in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Tony Goldwyn put some fears to rest, saying the President is too much in a bad place to start looking for love soon, although he did not totally negate the possibility. In his personal opinion though, his character and Pope would eventually get back together.

"Scandal" season 5 will return to ABC on Feb. 11, 2016 at 9 p.m. ET.
