"He [Bieber] has had a huge ego boost from hooking up with Kourt," disclosed a source regarding the rumored romance between the reality star and the What Do U Mean singer, according to PEOPLE Magazine. The insider went on to share, "It's been going on for a few months. He is used to being swooned by young girls that have nothing else going on. Kourt is a hot mom with a career. He more thought, 'Wow,' and couldn't believe that she would go for him. He brags about how hot she is. He is happy while it lasts. Even if she is using him to get back at Scott, he couldn't care less."
The source further stated that the rumored romance might have blossomed from the obvious closeness of Bieber to Kris Jenner's family. The Canadian star was also linked to Kendall and Kylie Jenner. This time around, however, Kourtney is reportedly the apple of Bieber's eye.
Although Disick is rumored to be bothered by this development, the sources claim that the relationship is "not serious at all." The insiders also shared that Bieber is only there to make "Kourtney feel good about herself." The source said, "This young guy is into her, he thinks she's hot and she's older. She just wants to have fun."
Meanwhile, the news of the unlikely duo dating has taken Gomez by surprise. While she is not necessarily heartbroken about the issue, she was stunned by the romance.
"Selena was under the impression that there was no one serious in Justin's life," said an insider via Hollywood Life. The source added, "At least that's what he told her. So when Selena and Niall took their friendship to the next level, she actually felt concerned with how Justin would take the news.
