'Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' Patch 1.12 Is Out: Hearts of Stone Changes, Bug Fixes and More!

The new patch for "Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," Patch 1.12 is starting to roll out. The developer behind the game CD Projekt Red made sure the new patch contains fixes for both the main game and the game's DLCs. 

Fans will be happy to know that the new patches include over 70 changes to gameplay and quests, all designed to make gamers have more fun with the game. According to PC Gamer, this update includes the Heart of Stone DLC. 

Among the Heart of Stone DLC changes are several bug fixes. Players who have applied this new patch can now see the issue of the Wild Rose Dethroned achievement fixed.

Also, the new patch now enables the gamers to converse with Shani in the Dead Man's Party quest. Players can enjoy additional features as well. They can now spread smoke in all rooms within the crypt. The inebriation effect is now limited after the quest is completed.

With this new patch, the Drakenborg Redemption and the Royal Air Force treasure hunts are no longer part of the Journal after the player completed all the objects. The new patch also removes the Enchanting: Start Up costs after they gamer plays up to a specific amount. 

Other fixes include the issue with the unlovable container in Kaer Morhen watchtower in the Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear. Players now also have the correct Stamina status in the Correction of Lament in New Game + mode. Overall, the new patch makes sure the player gets a more seamless gaming experience, with no more bugs and minor difficulties ruining their performance.

 The new patch also made sure to fix what the older patches were not able to fix correctly. The new patch now gives players improved balance in the Lord of Undvik quest. Players who have completed the Novigrad, Closed City II quest before Patch 1.10 rolled out can now see it being labeled as "completed. 

The new patch also introduced improvements on PC systems, wherein players can now apply weapon and armor repair kits just through dragging and dropping.

Patch 1.12 is the first major update ever since Oct. It was made available for players across consoles, whether they are playing with Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
