Stars will collide in the Golden NFL Super Bowl. For its 50th anniversary, Coldplay will electrify the stage during the halftime show. To spice things up, Beyoncé and Bruno Mars will perform alongside with the British rock band. The 50th Super Bowl will present an epic battle between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.

In an interview with Coldplay front man Chris Martin, he said the band will echo elements of the NFL's "On the Fifty" campaign. "In an ideal world, we'd like to somehow honor the past, celebrate the present and look to the future," the singer told Entertainment Tonight. He added that performing at the Super Bowl will be the band's greatest moment.
Coldplay won seven Grammy Awards including Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Rock Album. The band has sold more than 80 million records worldwide, and they are known for songs like "Viva La Vida," "Fix You" and "Yellow."
The opportunity to play in the Super Bowl has been considered as one of the most sought-after privileges of any performing artist. With Bruno Mars and Beyonce getting that honor again this year, expect the event would an awesome one.
Beyonce headlined the 2013 Super Bowl halftime show in New Orleans. For Bruno Mars, he was the headliner for 2014 Super Bowl.

The game between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers will start at 6:30 p.m. ET, and the halftime show will likely begin sometime between 8-8:30 p.m.
