Gamers are now looking forward to the June 21 release date of No Man's Sky, but game developer Hello Games still refuses to reveal all of the details about the game. Now, here's the latest round-up of update about No Man's Sky release date, features, and price.

Sean Murray of Hello Games said No Man's Sky is an endless space simulation in which all players have to reach the center of the universe. How can they do that? They have to gather resources and materials from different planets in the game. Estimates show players can explore more than 18 quintillion planets -- that is 18 billion worlds.

Furthermore, players will be able to interact with aliens living on each planet. These non-playable characters can affect player's adventure in the game.  Better relationship with NPCs means better equipment and lower prices for resources. With the help of NPCs, the player can have high-quality materials, gain upgrades faster and learn more about the game's secrets.

In a game demo conducted in Los Angeles, Murray showed the game's major features: exploration, training, combat and survival. Just like other open-world titles, players have to endure dangerous conditions in No Man's Sky. Players should expect there would be extreme heat, toxic rain, torturous freezes and other environmental catastrophe.

To develop the unique worlds in the game, Hello Games used a complex mathematical algorithm. With this technology, even the game developers are still surprised by what they see in each planet.

With the help of Sony Entertainment, No Man's Sky will have a physical edition on PlayStation 4, coupled with a good box art. Also, Hello Games will offer merchandise items based on the game. The Explorer's Edition costs $150, and the regular version is at $60.

The Explorer's Edition key feature is a hand-painted replica of the spaceship in the game (1:35 in scale, approx. 8"). The package also includes enamel pin, a diorama display backdrop, and a "mystery item".

If the $150 version is too pricey, GameStop has you covered. The retailer's edition of No Man's Sky PS4 costs $79.99. This package includes a physical version of the game, a 48-page art book, a comic book, a PS4 theme, and a few pieces of in-game DLC -- a weapon blueprint, 10,000 extra credits, a ship boost and more.

No Man's Sky will hit the gaming shelves on June 21 for PS4 and PC.
