Good news for Elder Scrolls players out there. Bethesda confirmed the release date of the Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited's next DLC pack--Dark Brotherhood. The expansion pack will release on PC and Mac on May 31, and Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will get it on June 14.

Here's the latest roundup of update about Elder Scrolls Online next DLC pack release date, gameplay and rumors on the web.

The Dark Brotherhood DLC is free for gamers who are active members of Elder Scrolls Online Plus program, which costs $15 per month. Non-members can get the expansion pack for 2,000 crowns from the game's virtual marketplace. Crowns can be purchased in packs. $40 is equivalent to 5,500 crowns, $25 for 3,000 crowns, and $15 for 1,500 crowns.

For those who want more from Elders Scrolls, there's a Collector's Bundle priced at 4,000 crowns. This premium package features the Dark Brotherhood DLC, the Highland Wolf mount, the Synvan Nixad ped, and five Crown Experience Scrolls.

According to GameSpot, the Dark Brotherhood DLC gives players an opportunity to become a member of an "infamous guild of assassins" in the westernmost region of the Old Empire, Gold Coast, which was last seen in 2006's The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The brotherhood is open for players of any level. In addition, there are new quests, contents and challenging tasks.

Aside from joining the brotherhood, the DLC introduces base game patches. Players can now make poisons to use against enemies. Also, there are some tweaks and improvements to Item Traits. Check out the full game patch notes here.

The last expansion pack for Elder Scrolls Online was Thieves Guild, which became available in March. It brought new quests, story contents, skills and more.

If there are more announcements about the future contents of The Elder Scrolls Online, expect it to be revealed at Bethesda's E3 2016 briefing in June.
