PlayStation Plus Free Subscription Ends February 23, New PS Plus March 2017 Free Games Update

If you happen to live in North America or Europe and have always mulled over whether you ought to pick up a PlayStation Plus subscription, wonder no more. There is still one more week of free PlayStation Plus subscription available to you in order to get an idea on how the whole PlayStation Plus experience is like. Do take note that this particular promotion will target only those who are not yet subscribers of PlayStation Plus.

If you reside in the US and have yet to take advantage of a PlayStation Plus subscription, fancy giving it a go for a week? After all, there is nothing for you to lose here, and this particular free multiplayer period will come to an end on February 23, which leaves you with slightly more than a day left to enjoy such gaming goodness. As for folks who happen to live across the pond, you can take advantage of the free multiplayer on PlayStation Plus from February 22 all the way to February 26. Again, this is an unprecedented move on Sony’s part, and perhaps it could be brilliant marketing if it translates to plenty of sign ups once the promotional period is over.

As for the new games that will be released for the month of March in North America, the following are some titles that might pique your interest. Do take note that PlayStation Lifestyle has put up a disclaimer that the respective release dates might actually change.

Early on next month on March 3, WRC 6 will hit PS4 retail as well as PSN. Four days after that on March 7, we will be able to enjoy Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey on the Sony PS4 and PS Vita platforms. There will also be other releases that will happen on the same day, where they would include the likes of Ghost Recon Wildlands, Loot Rascals, NieR: Automata, LEGO Worlds, and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

When March 10 rolls around, expect to be able to enjoy 2Dark on the PS4 over PSN, while a month after Valentine’s Day on March 14, one will be able to get a hold of Danganronpa 1&2 Reload, Death Squared, and Styx: Shards of Darkness. This March 17 will feature Kona, where you can pick it up for the PS4 via PSN.

As we edge closer to the end of the month, March 21 will see Mass Effect Andromeda, Touhou Genso Wanderer, and Touhou Double Focus released. Toukiden 2 and Troll and I will also rollout on the very same day, and the day after than PS4 owners can enjoy Police.

March 24 sees Dreamfall Chapters and Zero Escape: The Nonary Games hit the market, and four days following that, the highly anticipated Dark Souls 3 'The Ringed City' DLC, Final Fantasy XV 'Episode Gladiolus' DLC, and God Wars Future Past will arrive. These luminary titles will be accompanied by the likes of Has-Been Heroes, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix, and Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix to boot. Last but not least, March 28 will roll out MLB The Show 17, Snake Pass, and Vikings: Wolves of Midgard. Of course, do take note that all of these will be accompanied by free games if you have a PlayStation Plus subscription to begin wiht.
