Apr 25, 2017 09:51 AM EDT

It is that time of the month again for Xbox Live Games with Gold subscribers. Basically, everyone is looking forward to see just what kind of games that they are able to enjoy for free as May 2017 rolls onto the scene. The Xbox Live Games with Gold subscription works this way for the uninitiated -- Xbox Live Gold members would be on the receiving end of not one, two or three, but rather, four new free games. Out of these four, two of them will be on the Xbox One, while the remaining two would be on the older Xbox 360. Needless to say, those who are Xbox One owners would benefit the most from it since they will be able to enjoy all four games, including the ones for the Xbox 360 thanks to the Xbox One with Backward Compatibility feature.

Xbox 360 owners, there is just one question for you. Why have you not upgraded to the Xbox One already? Isn’t it about time? Well, if you love the old console so much, you are losing out by two free games every single month as an Xbox Live Games with Gold subscriber, but perhaps you are all right with that. I have no right to tell you how to spend your money any way. Jokes aside, what will May 2017 deliver for the Xbox 360?

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II is a pretty decent title that will be available in the month of May, although you should take note that this game will be free only from May 1st all the way through to May 15th. Once the second half of May kicks off, you would have to fork out $19.99 if you would like to enjoy some Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II action.

From May 16th all the way until the end of the month, you can then continue your Star Wars love affair with LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. This title will normally cost $19.99 a pop, which is pretty decent savings then for those who have yet to enjoy the game in the past.

Just take notes of the respective availability dates for each title and space out your gaming adventures appropriately, and you’re good to go.
