Assassin's Creed 4 coming to PS Plus for Free? Product Reviews

It looks like what was leaked by PlayStation Turkey earlier this week turned out to be true concerning two titles that will arrive for PlayStation Plus subscribers -- Killing Floor 2 and Life is Strange. Well, now that Memorial Day is over and done with, it can be safely assumed that the summer season has kicked off, complete with blockbusters on the silver screen. Apart from viewing all of the summer flicks that are sure to be great popcorn fodder, how about the world of video games? Sony’s PlayStation Plus subscribers certainly have some very interesting titles that they can look forward to this June 2017.

For the Sony PS4, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to enjoy Killing Floor 2 and Life is Strange. Killing Floor 2 is all about a first-person co-op zombie shooter, and the premise of the game happens right after all of the events in Killing Floor. In other words, you might want to play the first game first in order to get a far better idea on what is going on, rather than to jump right into the action straight away. In Killing Floor 2, you are tasked with making your way into continental Europe with one particular aim: to fight the serious outbreak of the zombie virus. Players will be able to form groups of up to half a dozen, where they will need to learn to co-operate with one another in order to get rid of the undead scourge while, well, saving the world in the process. It is pretty much the standard modus operandi for all video games, saving the world, the galaxy, or even the universe. Who wants to save a small town or just a family? The scale of grandeur just isn't there at all.

Life is Strange is another free title from PlayStation Plus this June 2017, where it is an excellent 5-part episodic adventure that will see the gamer follow the story of Max Caulfield. Max is a photography senior who realized that she has the power to rewind time -- although we presume she is nowhere near the caliber of Dr. Strange and the Time Stone that appeared as the Eye of Agamotto in the movie last year. No doubt being able to rewind time with the ability to change the past is a power not to be trifled with, and it would definitely be able to make anyone rich since you can then purchase all of the stocks today that would make a killing in the future.

As for the Sony PS3 (which has since seen a halt in its production in Japan just late last month), the two titles being made available would be Abyss Odyssey and WRC 5: World Rally Championship. The latter is the perfect way to work out those Fate of the Furious moments when you feel like doing so, except that you would be behind the wheel of a rally car that has totally different dynamics from that of a regular sports car.

PS Vita owners, all three of you (I’m kidding, but really, how many PS Vita units have been sold to be able to make it worth developing for?), will be able to enjoy Neon Chrome and Spy Chameleon on the portable handheld console, which also happen to be Cross Buy titles on the PS4.

Do take note that all of these will be free for the month of June for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Not only that, Sony has decided to make life better by offering PlayStation Plus Specials where a couple of bundles have received discounts: WWE 2K17 and NBA 2K17, as well as The Division & Rainbow Six Siege!
