A new Williamson Christian College 2004 Summer Series course, “Christian Music in Nashville” begins Tuesday, June 1. The new class introduces students to contemporary Christian music in Nashville. Music directors and budding artists alike learn of the uniqueness of the music industry here. The evening classes, held one night a week from 6-10, can be taken electively or applied toward one of the college’s three degree programs.
The college offers bachelor’s degrees in management and ethics, leadership and ministry, and music and worship leadership. Students may enroll in these classes either on an audit or academic credit basis. Williamson Christian College’s nontraditional approach to learning provides the opportunity for students to enroll during any month of the year. Classes are held in small group settings with no memory exam requirements.
Courses offered during the first session from June-August include:
• Christian Music in Nashville, June 1-29
• Understanding & Applying the Bible, June 15-July 20
