Kristy Starling Joins Jim Brickman and Friends Tour

Kristy Starling, second-place winner of NBC’s Today’s Superstar, will perform with pianist Jim Brickman on the Jim Brickman and Friends Holiday Concert Tour, including Jeff Timmons (of 98 Degrees), Anne Cochran, and electric violinist Tracy Silverman.

"I'm completely thrilled to be working with Jim Brickman," says Starling. "This is a such a blessing to be included on his amazing record and Christmas tour. I'm confident that the shows will be top notch as the talent I get to tour with is outstanding!"

Starling will also be featured on Brickman’s holiday single, “Sending You A Little Christmans,” written by Brickman, Billy Mann, and Victoria Shaw, and is a part of Brickham’s Christmas album. In the song, Starling vocalizes the song with Brickman on the piano.

"After hearing Kristy's amazing voice on The Today Show, I instantly fell in love with her sound," says Brickman. "Having had the opportunity to work with her on my new holiday single, 'Sending You A Little Christmas' she continues to amaze me. She has a tremendous voice, a wonderful spirit and is easily one of the best singers I have worked with. I can't wait to perform with her every night on my Holiday Tour."

Since she was discovered on the Today’s Show vocal competition last fall, winning second place among 4,000 contestants, Starling has also recently made an appearance another of the show’s vocal contest, this time as a judge. This holiday, in conjuction with the tour and Brickham, Starling will again appear on the Today Show to perform the single as part of the Christmas program. If fans miss them on the air, they can catch them on the radio thanks to Arista Records, the parent company to Brickman's Windham Hill home label, who will put the song on mainstream radio.

The tour will stop at 30 cities nationwide and will last until the end of this year.
