Bhopal, India., Nov. 19 - The Madhya Pradesh Christian Association on Tuesday threatened to file defamation suit against BJP leader Dilip Singh Judeo, who quit as Union minister following graft charges, if he fails to apologise for his remarks on Christians within 15 days.

Association president Indira Ayengar told reporters that it has issued an "open letter" to Judeo protesting against his reported claim that Christian missionaries were allegedly behind the scandal.

She said Judeo should certify his statement and apologise to the community within 15 days or face a libel suit.
